• Preparing information necessary for the production of Bills of Quantities.

• Advising on the financial viability of the proposed development.

• Development Finance Advice.

• Preparing detailed working drawings and detailed specification of materials and components.

• Preparing schedules of finishing.

• Advising on the selection and suitability of loose furniture, fittings and equipment.

• Arranging and supplying all information for the production of perspectives and models.

• Conducting total supervision throughout the entire scheme.
